Original hand-made in Ecuador Despite the name, Panama hats actually originate on the Ecuadorean coast, which is why Frescobol Carioca's are all handcrafted there by local artisans. This style has been expertly woven from toquilla straw sourced from the region. It has a medium brim of 7cm and is traced with a contrasting grosgrain ribbon.
