European Shop Shipping Policy

Your orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) after we receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification confirming your order shipment. 


We will inform you in case of potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are not in our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

The shipping charges depend on where you are ordering the product from. You can view the shipping charges for your order at the checkout page. We offer free shipping for orders over $450. 

Local delivery

Enjoy free local delivery for orders over $150 within Lisbon, Portugal. 

Deliveries are made from 9 AM to 5 PM on working days. We will send you an email confirming your order shipment and contact you via text message on the phone number you provided to notify you on the day of our arrival.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping across Europe within 8 to 20 days. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import taxes and duties (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These are your responsibility as the customer and European Shop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.

How do I check the status of my order?

After shipping your order, we will send you an email that will include a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order. The tracking information will become available to you within 48 hours.  

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@european.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
