The Process of Your Product Delivery
- Once you place your order, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
- You can also log in to your account to track your order.
- If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email yet it means we're probably getting your order together. We'll send you an email once it leaves the warehouse and you can track it.

Return Policies
If you want to return an item, you can return it and we will refund you your payment. We are confident in the quality we offer so, we will not mind return requests if they fall under the following conditions:
Conditions for Returning an Item
- You can return the product within 20 days.
- Items should be in their original condition as received.
- Please do not detach the tags before returning any product.
- Make sure the product you want to return does not have any sort of odor.
- You can not return damaged or used items.
How Can I Return an Item?
If you wish to return a product, here is the procedure you want to follow:

- Send the product in its original condition
- After making sure it’s not used, we will give you a refund.
Exchange Policies
Can I exchange my product for another one?
We don’t offer an exchange on returned products. You will be issued a refund for any returned product.
If you want a different product, you can get it by placing a new order.
